Who we are
We will spend the remaining months of 2014 developing our core content and delivering the first set of customer engagements. We plan to work in partnership with other companies, both large and small and intend to create a network of appropriate associates to collaborate on larger engagements.

Andrew Ginty has 30 years experience working in IT and Data, as a developer, designer, IT architect and consultant. His particular specialism is Data - he has worked extensively in this field for the past 20 years.
Patricia Lynch has a background in IT, having worked for the Government for several years. She has a Masters degree in Music from UCW Bangor and has recently been the volunteer Scottish Administrator for a national charity. She continues to be involved by carrying out consultancy roles and teaching various workshops for members.
Patricia and Andrew have been married (to each other) for 25 years and have two grown up children.
The story of Round About Data
Having worked in professional services all his career, latterly at IBM and Ernst & Young, Andrew decided that he wanted to focus on the subject matter that he is enthusiastic about, without the constraints that come from working for a large organisation. After deliberation, we came to the conclusion that we should set up a completely new business that could:
- concentrate on particular areas of expertise and experience
- be content-rich - delivering professional services backed up by powerful relevant materials
- separate roles and responsibilities, so that Andrew is responsible for delivering services to our customers, while Pat manages the financial, managerial and operational processes.
And so “Round About Data Ltd.” was Created.
